Yes! We offer secure storage solutions for as long as you need.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON’T COPY OR STEAL MY PRODUCTS?
Our business is built upon relationships and more specifically trust. Your product information, and ALL of your information, is held in the strictest of confidence. It would be very unwise for us, and would ruin our hard-earned reputation if we did anything like this. It would simply destroy us as a company. We are also very happy to sign any Non- Disclosure Agreement provided by you at your request.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?
Invoices are emailed after each shipment and can be paid via credit card, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer.
CAN YOU ACCEPT TRUCK-SHIPPED OR TRUCK-FREIGHT (LTL) SHIPMENTS?
Yes! We accept truck-shipped and truck-freight (LTL) shipments at no extra charge for dock loading.
WHERE IS YOUR PREP CENTER LOCATED?
Our main warehouse is located in Toronto, We can receive truck up to 53 Ft long.
CAN YOU ACCEPT TRUCK-SHIPPED OR TRUCK-FREIGHT (LTL) SHIPMENTS?
Yes, we are able to and free of charge loading from dock
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ITEMS INTO AMAZON?
We have a daily pick-up for all of our outbound shipments to Amazon. Items sent by our order fulfillment are sent out UPS. Truck freight (LTL) shipments arranged upon request for an addi3onal fee.
DO YOU WORK WITH NEW AMAZON SELLERS?
Absolutely! We’ll help you avoid a lot of pipalls that come with working with Amazon.
DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL SELLERS?
Absolutely! We welcome international sellers. Ship us your inventory, and we’ll handle the rest.
CAN YOU SEND OUT PALLETIZED SHIPMENTS TO AMAZON?
Yes, we do this regularly. Keep in mind there is an extra fee to prep a pallet. Please see our service list for the latest pricing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM FROM MY VENDOR?
If we notice damage during inspection, we’ll photograph and report the issue to you immediately.
